Last week, we all were shocked to hear about the powerful earthquake that devastated Haiti. The casualties and destruction are still being calculated and have been almost beyond imagination; however, search and rescue efforts are ongoing and survivors are still being pulled from the rubble. The recovery period from this disaster will be ongoing for years to come.
Most of us have felt compelled to help in some way. Churches and volunteer groups have organized clothing and food drives and schoolchildren have held fundraisers. Large corporations have donated supplies and arranged transportation for medical personnel. Individual donors have contributed millions of dollars to the relief effort.
As part of our Charity Rewards program, Ethos will donate 5% of our revenues for an indefinite period of time to the American Red Cross to support their Haiti Relief and Development fund. Every assignment we are given will increase our contribution. There is no catch or fine print and we will not increase our client’s rates. This is just our small way of providing support to those who need it.
Ethos is pleased to announce the opening of our new satellite office in Tennessee. This will provide us with a larger national presence and will enable us to better serve our clients in the Southeastern part of the country. Additional satellite locations are expected to open as our organization continues its rapid growth.
In January 2010, Ethos will roll out our new online account management system. This comprehensive system will enable clients to manage all aspects of their files. Users will have full access to our proprietary claims system, allowing them to enter assignments, review and enter case notes, view reports, watch streaming video clips, run various metric reports, and much, much more. Our updated system improves turnaround time, creates a paperless environment should our clients wish to operate in this manner, and streamlines the entire investigative process.
